Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are designed to protect both Knyx3D and you, the client. They ensure a transparent process, clear expectations regarding payment, and the use of project materials. This allows us to focus on delivering an exceptional virtual tour experience
Invoicing and Payment
After the completion of 3D scanning and Google Street View photos, a 40% deposit is necessary before initial editing services. The outstanding 60% balance must be paid within 28 days of project completion.
You'll receive a detailed estimate before any work begins. This estimate will include mileage, consultation time, and other standard expenses.
Additional expenses beyond the agreed-upon estimate must be approved in advance and are also due within 28 days of the invoice.
All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added to the final invoice.
Copyright
Knyx3D retains the right to use images and content from your project for promotional purposes. We will coordinate with you to ensure this doesn't conflict with your own marketing plans.
Confidentiality
Project information will be kept confidential. I'm happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if requested.
Postponements and Cancellations
Weather can affect outdoor shoots. If rescheduling is required due to weather, I will work with you to find a new date promptly.
If you cancel a scheduled scan with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of 30% of the project cost will apply.
If you cancel the project entirely, any additional expenses incurred by Knyx3D up to that point will be billed.
